If the car has a ‘log book’ issued by CAMS or any other authority
If the car has the engineering certificate for the roll-cage
The same applies to rally cars for sale except the log book authority is CAMS only.
Also, a rally car for sale is normally built for a mixture of dirt and tarmac events so it’s best to eliminate the cars purpose built for dirt evens if you’re considering tarmac events.
